Twenty years around video.

From the camera and the control room to customer success. These are the roles that shaped me; the full history is on LinkedIn.

1. 2024 — Present

   Customer Success Manager, Europe · TVU Networks

   Main point of contact for customers in Spain and across Europe: onboarding and training, day-to-day issue resolution, and working with sales, support and operations so customer feedback reaches the product. I also run equipment evaluations and rentals end to end, from setup to on-site operations.

2. 2022 — 2024

   Project Manager · Ricoh España

   Led audiovisual and communications installations for corporate clients, from planning to delivery, coordinating technical teams, vendors and clients.

3. 2018 — 2022

   Customer Success Specialist · TVU Networks

   Joined TVU on the hardware side — logistics, assembly and support — and moved into customer success in 2021. That hands-on start is still how I approach customer problems.

4. 2014 — 2018

   Audiovisual Specialist · HP Graphics Experience Center, Sant Cugat

   Video editor, live event director and technical lead for the audiovisual team at HP's large-format printing experience centre, through Venture Electronics, Omnitel and Between Technology.

5. 2005 — 2014

   Audiovisual Technician & Video Director · Tele 7 Gandia, Visualem, freelance

   Television production in Gandia — news, debates, sports and live shows, plus the studio and mobile unit infrastructure. Then video production, post-production and live streaming at Visualem, alongside freelance camera work.
